I’m Balu. A 3D artist, a tinkerer, and someone who has been using AI tools daily since before they became mainstream.
Here’s something I noticed early on: the AI doesn’t change. Your prompt does.
You can type the same question into ChatGPT twice and get completely different results depending on how you phrased it. The right AI prompts are the difference between a generic answer and one that actually solves your problem. I learned this the slow way, through a lot of trial, error, and by saving the prompts that worked.
I Am My Own First Customer
This site wasn’t built for an imaginary audience. I built it for myself.
For the past four years, I’ve been collecting prompts for image generation, writing, coding, business tasks, video scripts, and productivity workflows. Every time I found one that worked well, I saved it. Then I saved more.
Eventually, it turned into a messy system of folders, notes, and files that only made sense to me.
That’s the problem this site solves.
AtoZPrompt is that personal library, organized and made searchable for anyone who wants better results from AI.
Every prompt here is one I’ve personally tested. Nothing is filler. If a prompt didn’t produce a genuinely useful result, it didn’t make the cut.
What You’ll Find Here
The library is organized into six main categories, because that’s how I actually use AI:
- Image Prompts: For Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, and other image generators. Styles, moods, lighting setups, portrait formulas and more.
- Writing Prompts: Blog posts, emails, copy, story starters, rewrites and everyday writing tasks.
- Business Prompts: For strategy, marketing, proposals, SOPs, research and planning.
- Coding Prompts: For debugging help, code generation, explanations and documentation.
- Video & Content Prompts: Scripts, thumbnails, descriptions, hooks and content ideas.
- Productivity Prompts: planning, summarization, decision-making, brainstorming, and note cleanup.
Each prompt also includes an AI tool tag, so you can filter by ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, or Stable Diffusion and quickly find prompts that match the tool you’re actually using.
The Mission
Simple. Make AtoZPrompt the easiest AI prompt library to use on the internet.
Not the biggest. Not the most complicated. Just the one where you can show up, search for what you need, copy the prompt, and get a useful result.
No sign-up required. No paywalls. Everything here is free.
I keep adding new prompts regularly and organizing them properly, which takes more work than it sounds. Good organization is a big part of what makes a prompt library actually useful.
Want to Suggest a Prompt or a Category?
If there’s a type of prompt you’d like to see here, or a category you think is missing, I’d genuinely like to know. Same if you’ve found a prompt that works particularly well and want to contribute it, I’d love to see that too.
Send me a message on the contact page. I read everything.
